Guidelines
- The 8 best papers will be selected for the platform presentation (Time limit: 7+2 minutes)
- Posters will be displayed on the date of the conference. The selected e-poster presenters are allotted 5 minutes to present their posters followed by 3 minutes of discussion time to the judges.
- Top three Best posters will be selected and awarded as “BEST POSTER” and “BEST PAPER”
- We will notify you by 5th August regarding the status of your submission (Shortlisted or not)
- Best Poster & Papers will be awarded with a Certificate & prize
- Shortlisted Presentations will be permitted only on the conference registration
- Final Presentations & Poster submission in the specified template by 15th August 2024
- Participation Certificate will be issued for Faculty/contributors only upon registration
- The best Platform and Poster Presentation in each category will be awarded during valedictory on
31st August 2024
